Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product. If the original packaging is damaged, please use suitable protective packaging.
We'll provide you with return instructions based on your location. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 working days), we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Take photos of the packaging process, especially for high-value items. This helps protect you in case of shipping damage disputes.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids, vape pods, or any consumable vaping products. Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days.
Used dartboards or visibly worn dart equipment cannot be returned unless faulty. Please inspect your dart equipment immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if there are any defects.
Products that have been personalised or custom-made to your specifications (engraved darts, custom grips, etc.) cannot be refunded but may be exchanged if faulty. Please confirm all customisation details carefully before ordering.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We'll arrange a free return and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible. Photos of the damage will help expedite your claim.
